Prayer Service for Peace in the Middle East

The Sisters of the Presentation will hold a prayer service for peace in the Middle East. All are invited to come together in solidarity for an hour of readings, silence and song for our brothers and sisters who are suffering in Israel and Palestine.

“The challenges faced in the Middle East deeply move us and we are called to respond,” said Dave McDermott, justice promoter for the Sisters of the Presentation. “We have seen the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Israel and Palestine and invite all to join us in praying to break the chain of violence and awaken in us our common humanity. This is a meaningful opportunity to be united in a collective prayer of hope for a more peaceful world.”
